The Teen Group welcomes all 8th graders and high school teens to participate in any of the social, athletic, community service, cultural, friendship building and spiritual events!  

Interested in Leadership?  If you have great ideas, are friendly and want to help the current teen leaders and Dan share the excitement of the group with others, please text Dan Many at 609-706-0981!

1.  Participate in friendly and welcoming events
2.  Meet teens from other schools and neighborhoods
3.  Become friends with other teens who have different interests
4.  An opportunity to help serve those in need in your community and in the towns around you!
5.  A chance to organize and carry out events as a leader of the group
6.  Get to know teenagers from 8th through 12th grade
7.  Learn more about your faith and your beliefs

October 2017

Upcoming Teen Events – October and 1st weekend of November

Friday, October 13th - 2nd Annual Springdale Farm Corn Maze ChallengeMeet 6:45 pm at Springdale Farm.  Cost $10. Let’s return to the Corn Maze to see if we can find our way out of the maze!

Sunday, October 15th  - 2nd Ropes and team building event at Camp Edge  –9:30 am to 4pm – A fun day of team building and safe climbing! Cost $40. Spots available!  Camp Edge waiver Form is available below.  

Sunday, October 22nd3rd Annual Scavenger Hunt – 1:30 to 3:30 pm. A couple of teams drive around Gibbsboro/Voorhees to take 10 pictures, which can include up to 2 objects in each picture, to gain the most points in an hour and a half. 

Friday, October 27thTrunk or Treat6 to 7 pm. The teens will be leading the evening.

Saturday, October 28th - New Vision Shelter Meal service in Camden – 8:15 am to 11:30. The teen volunteers will be dressing up in their favorite Halloween costume as they help feed the homeless.

Sunday, October 29th - Service to families & PIZZA   – 5 to 7 pm in Parish Hall– Teens and parents are asked to attend! Teens and their parents will work together to perform a service project, serve each other, eat Pizza and have FUN!

Masses of Nov 5thThe teens will share information about the teen group at end of all masses. Come support the teens!

Sunday, Nov 5thTeens will help serve breakfast to 8th grade confirmation retreatants. 7 am to 8:30 

Sunday, November 12thDodgeball/Ping Pong/Air Hockey/Basketball  in Parish Hall

Saturday, November 18th - New Vision Shelter Meal service in Camden.  Meet 8 a.m. return by 11:30 am. 

Sat & Sun, Nov 18th & 19thSt. Andrew Christmas Bazaar – The teens will help with the kid craft table.

December 2017

Sunday, December 3rdBreakfast with Santa in Parish Hall – Arrive at 8:30 am. Help the children make a craft.

Saturday, December 9th - Heart of Camden service project – Meet at 8 am at church, return by 12.

Sunday, December 10thServe Breakfast to the Confirmation students – Arrive by 7 am

Saturday, December 16th - New Vision Shelter Meal service in Camden.  Meet 8 a.m. at church, return by 11:30 am. 

Sunday, December 17thChristmas Party in Parish Hall. 4 to 6 pm. Bring $10 wrapped gift to exchange.

How Do I Become a St. Andrew’s Youth Group Member?  Fill out the enclosed membership form and send it back with the yearly registration fee for $50.00 payable to St Andrew’s Youth Group.  Feel free to drop it at the parish office or give it to Dan at the next event.
